With the 2020 election rapidly approaching many tuned in to the first 2020 presidential debate featuring President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden. According to a CBS News poll following the debate, the majority of viewers felt “annoyed” and many Davis students share that displeased sentiment. Also, UC Davis political science lecturer, Isaac Hale, discusses the impact the debate will have on the Nov. election and what viewers should expect to see in future debates this year.
