Sports try-outs began Feb 6. Students hit the track, pool, and field in the hopes of impressing coaches.
Art Guerra, the varsity softball coach, was looking for “a positive attitude and [a] good work ethic.”
Even though track & field is a no-cut sport, coach Spencer Elliott expects the same from his athletes.
Senior soccer player Dana Granger and sophomore lacrosse player Kian Reno both advised that student athletes who want to make a team should attend all practices during try-out week.
