Blue Devil Pride squad shows spirit
The BDP Squad attends many sports games throughout the year.

The Blue Devil Pride squad never fails to bring school spirit to every event they attend. It consists of about 30 students, including sophomores, juniors and seniors.
BDP squad goes to different events and sports games on campus. They show Blue Devil pride by wearing school colors, blue and white, and cheering on Davis High students.
“At BDP squad events, we want to show as much support as possible,” said Sophie Purves, a sophomore member of the BDP squad.
The club meets every week to plan events and share new ideas on how to make Davis High more enthusiastic and raise school spirit.
“It brings a greater community to the school,” secretary of spirit Nina Kohn said.
On Monday, members of the BDP squad will teach cheers to students at the Homecoming rally and hype them up to get them excited about Homecoming.
At the homecoming football game this Friday, the last bleacher section in the stands will be full of BDP members wearing DHS colors and cheering on the varsity football team.
