Community activists push for police reform

Community activists presented a letter with more than 600 signatures to Mayor Gloria Partida yesterday calling for the Davis City Council to enact reforms suggested by a subcommittee looking into police reforms. The City Council will discuss the reforms at its meeting tonight. Here’s a look at some of the issues.
